IPCC bruker forferdelig mange forkortelser, og det må være bortimot umulig å huske alle sammen.
Derfor har jeg lagt inn en forklaring på dem nedenfor.

Og når man ikke kan se at det er en løgn, velger man naturlig å tro på den.

Denne listen var ment som hjelp til de som måtte orke å bla seg gjennom IPCC-rapportene som kommer etter hvert. Mulig at nye forkortelser vil komme til. Skulle jeg ta med alle ord, utrykk og forkortelser, og forklaringer, ja, da ville det ende opp med en stor ordbok!

Og jeg tror jeg har hatt jobb nok i forbindelse med ordbøker. En gang tastet jeg inn (hvert ord, bokstav og kode) og klargjorde for trykk en bok som kun skulle hjelpe militærets folk til å forstå hverandre på hhv engelsk og norsk. Den endte opp på 876 sider! Det var mange års arbeid forfatteren hadde bak seg. Under krigen, i England, så han hvor viktig det var at man kunne finne riktig ord, og samlet så ord i årevis, inntil boken til slutt ble gitt ut.
